1. WHO WE ARE

This Privacy Policy explains how SeekerNova ("we", "us" or "our") handles personal information when you use the SeekerNova mobile app for Solana Seeker and the website at seekernova.com (together, the "Service"). For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@seekernova.com.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Wallet and identity. When you sign in, we receive your public wallet address, the address of your Seeker Genesis Token and a message you sign to prove you own the wallet. We use these to create your account. We never receive your private keys or seed phrase.

Profile. Your username, which comes from your .skr domain if you have one, and the profile banner you choose.

Content and activity. The prompts you write, the AI model you choose, the images you generate and submit, your votes, favorites, and badges and achievements.

Purchases. For SKR purchases: the transaction signature, token, amount and the credits you received. The transaction itself is public on the Solana blockchain.

Device and notifications. A push notification token so we can send you contest notifications.

Usage and diagnostics. The app uses Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand how the app is used and to fix crashes. This includes app events, device model, operating system version and crash reports, linked to an internal account ID.

Discord. If you link your Discord account to get access to our Discord community, we store your Discord user ID and username.

Website. If you sign up for launch and contest notifications, we store your email address and the time you signed up. We use Vercel Analytics to count page visits in aggregate, without advertising cookies.

We do not ask for your real name, phone number, contacts, photos or location, and the app does not request access to them.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To run the Service: sign you in, generate images, run contests, count votes and show leaderboards.
• To keep contests fair: enforce one account per Seeker and detect bots, multiple accounts and vote manipulation.
• To process purchases, add credits, send rewards to your wallet and mint NFTs for winners.
• To send you push notifications and, if you signed up, emails about the launch and new contests.
• To understand usage, fix bugs and improve the Service.
• To comply with the law and protect our rights and users.

We do not sell your personal information or show you ads.

4. WHAT IS PUBLIC

SeekerNova is a community app, so some information is visible to others:

• Other users can see your username, profile banner, submitted images, vote counts and contest results.
• We may feature submitted and winning images, with your username, on our website and social media.
• Anything on the Solana blockchain is public and permanent. This includes your wallet address, your SKR purchases, rewards you receive, and NFTs of your winning artwork. The NFT metadata includes the artwork, and the royalty settings include your wallet address.

5. SERVICE PROVIDERS WE SHARE WITH

We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, and only what they need:

• Supabase: database, authentication, file storage and server functions.
• AI image providers (Pixazo and DeepAI): receive your prompts to generate images. Do not include personal information in prompts.
• Google Firebase: push notifications, analytics and crash reports.
• Helius: access to the Solana blockchain.
• Vercel: website hosting and analytics.
• Google Workspace: stores the email list for launch and contest notifications.
• Discord: if you link your Discord account.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the safety or rights of users or SeekerNova, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the Service.

6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Our providers store and process data in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection laws from where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the providers' standard contractual clauses.

7. HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

• Account, profile and contest data: while your account is active, or until you ask us to delete it.
• Images you generate but do not submit: removed after the contest ends. Submitted images: kept as part of contest history.
• Purchase records: as long as needed for accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
• Notification emails: until you unsubscribe.
• Blockchain data: permanent. We cannot change or delete anything recorded on-chain.

8. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email us at info@seekernova.com from the address you want to act on, or include your wallet address. We may need to verify that the account is yours.

• Push notifications: turn them off in your device settings.
• Emails: reply to any of our emails or contact us to unsubscribe.
• Deleting your account removes your data from our systems, except what we must keep by law and what is on the blockchain.

You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. SECURITY

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is completely secure, so please keep your device and wallet safe.

10. CHILDREN

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the Service, contact us and we will delete their information.

11. COOKIES

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date, and for significant changes we will also let you know in the app or through our official channels.
