Cookie Policy

How SeekerNova stores small amounts of data on your device.

Last updated: October 9th, 2026

1. WHAT THIS POLICY COVERS

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage and an app's storage on your phone, work in a comparable way. This policy explains how the SeekerNova website and app use them. For everything else about your data, see our Privacy Policy.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. ON THE WEBSITE

  • Theme preference: your light or dark mode choice is saved in your browser's local storage.
  • Analytics: we use Vercel Analytics to count page visits in aggregate. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites.

3. IN THE APP

  • Strictly necessary: your sign-in session and wallet authorization are kept in your device's secure storage so you stay signed in.
  • Preferences: app settings, such as whether you have completed onboarding, are stored on your device.
  • Analytics and diagnostics: Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics store an app instance identifier to measure usage and report crashes.
  • Notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging stores a push token so we can send you contest notifications.

4. YOUR CHOICES

On the website, you can clear or block site data in your browser settings. The site will still work, but your theme choice will reset.

In the app, you can turn off notifications in your device settings. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling it removes what the app stored on your device and signs you out.
